Our Services

Wastewater – Nu-Line Technologies expanded capabilities enable us to protect a wide variety of structures and pipelines from corrosion, restore structural integrity, reduce infiltration, eliminate leaking joints, improve water quality and increase pipeline flow capacity. We offer a variety of solutions for renewing wastewater and storm water pipelines and water distribution and transmission mains. Our solutions have the ability to go where some dig and replace methods can’t.  In fact, we have renewed pipelines beneath interstates, bridges, busy roadways, airports and military installations without disrupting traffic.

Storm WaterIt is often possible to salvage failing structures and eliminate the time, cost and safety problems of complete replacement. Restoring structural and/or hydraulic capacity without road closure is usually achieved with less time, expense and disruption than the replacement alternative. Nu-Line Technologies offers a variety of products and systems, combined with years of experience, to facilitate rehabilitation of storm and sanitary sewers, culverts and bridges.

Trenchless RehabilitationWhen dealing with a closed system storm sewer, sanitary sewer or culvert with limited access,SPR rehabilitation provides a solution for restoring hydraulic efficiency, reliability and integrity to these aging systems using a spiral, machine wound and trenchless pipe renewal process or cured in place liner installation.

CIPP Lining – The CIPP liner consists of a resin-saturated felt tube with an impermeable layer of polyurethane coating the outside. Working above ground from one manhole to the next, Nu-Line inserts CIPP into the entrance of an existing pipeline then uses water pressure to turn it inside out. Inverting the tube positions the resin on the outside. We circulate hot water or steam through the tube to cure the resin, sealing the felt liner tightly to the inside of the host pipe. Now turned outside-in, the liner’s polyurethane coating forms a smooth, strong, and long-lasting pipe-within-a-pipe. Installation is trenchless, allowing communities to avoid the high cost, hassle, and risk of open-trench construction in populated areas.

Spiral Wound PVC – Machine spiral wound PVC liner is intended for use in the rehabilitation of sanitary and storm sewers without excavation. The lining process uses a continuous one piece PVC profile strip, which is machine wound directly into the deteriorated pipeline from an existing access chamber or manhole. The system consists of a single, one part PVC profile strip with “T” shaped ribs on one side. The edges of the strip interlock as it is spirally wound to form a liner inside the host pipe. A range of PVC profiles are available with different profile, rib, and thickness configurations to match project design requirements. The winding process is continuous until the complete length of the existing pipe between access points or manholes has been lined.
